Our cozy and clean studio features a comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom, making it the perfect accommodation for couples or solo travelers. As our guest, you will have access to all the amenities in and around our complex, including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, and a scenic rear deck where you can take in gorgeous views of the Pemigewasset River and Loon Mountain South Peak. Perfectly located near various hiking trails, ski slopes, and restaurants, our Studio Apartment is the ideal home base for your adventures in the White Mountains. Clean and quaint Hotel style room with Mini Fridge, Coffee maker, and Microwave. Guests will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.

Lots of wonderful things to do and see. Great Restaurants within walking distance. The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire. Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter"
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone's home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Convenient location and amenities

We enjoy the use of the pool and hot tub. I also like to hang out by the fire reading a book. The studio apartment was totally sufficient for what we needed. We cooked a meal there too. Checking in and out was easy.
