I had a reservation and it was paid in full, non refundable at this hotel because my daughter sees a Dr. next door to the hotel. It’s convenient. Or had been. When I arrived in the evening , I was told my reservation was moved “ down the way” which I assumed was around the block, but it was 3 miles. The hotel they moved me to was cheaper, smelled bad, was under construction, and the shower head sprayed water out like a garden hose would. It was broken as was the hand held p shower head. I was never notified of the change or issue until I tried to check in. I would never had stayed at the hotel they put me in if I had a choice. I’m also confused as why they put me in a worse, cheaper hotel when I was the one unconvinced, why wouldn’t they refund me? Or put me in a nicer hotel ? Why would they move me when I had already paid in full in advance? There must have been other customers who hadn’t paid in full that they could have moved.

We had no glitches with our online reservation from Expedia. We arrived with U-Haul's medium truck, plus towing a car on a U-Haul trailer for one night. We were concerned with parking because this was a big event night for Lincoln, the hotel was booked solid. Parking was no problem. Tucked away in an upscale residential area of Lincoln, our truck and car were safe. We saw many restaurants, grocery stores getting to the hotel, but you will have to drive a little to access them. We didn't cook in the kitchenette, even so it had all the needed cookware, plates etc., very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend.

Wonderful
We always love staying here. My only small detail was that on Hotels.com the room says it has a fireplace. When we got to the room, it didn't have one. It was 110 degrees in Lincoln that day so I didn't say anything. The room was comfortable and that's what we needed.

Our stay was great! Very nice rooms and amenities! Highly recommend to anyone staying in South Lincoln. We’re definitely staying there again.

Josh at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, I felt at home right away. My room was lovely, spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lincoln for business or pleasure!

Clean and nice location. The front desk almost had me pay again because she couldn’t find my name in their system even though I told her that I booked it through expedia. Then she called a co- worker to help her.

Overall: A Close to gas, shopping, coffee shops, plenty of restaurants and grocery options. Within 3 miles of all the places we need to be. Continental breakfast was fantastic! Ty Wright was awesome!! Was our second time here and both times we had amazing service

I didn't have a problem with the property, I had a problem with the check in. Residence Inn showed that I had paid for the room with Expedia but did not have the room that I requested, but thanks to excellent customer service by a hotel employee named Michelle, I had an upgrade for the room that I requested. This is the second time in reserving a room in Lincoln, NE through Expedia that I didn't have a room that I reserved.
