The bed was clean, and comfortable, noticed it had been updated recently. In the morning turned the light to the bathroom to find bugs šŸœ and mold. We were only there about 2 hours when we saw 2 coackroaches running on the walls. We took our belongings and left immediately! The front desk lady was very helpful and apologized several times. She said they knew about the issue and were treating for them. Check-in at the lobby was very friendly and less cumbersome than the average hotel check-in. The room was very suitable and comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a balcony. I do think that some art on the walls would make it seem less institutional, and access to shampoo and conditioner would be great as well. Those are not complaints, only recommendations.
