Luxury Home On Loon Spectacular Mtn Views, walk to ski lodge, Pool/Spa included

High end Loon Mountain home, sleeps 18, luxury 6 bedroom, 3 ½ bath house was built for comfort and style and beautifully decorated, with attention to details that reflect the woodland feel of the area. Our three story home has an Aspen feel to it throughout the seasons and is among the nicest rentals in the area with plenty of privacy and the best views on loon mountain! Amenities of the house include use of our membership to the Mountain Club at Loon which includes access to an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, tennis and fitness center. In addition, the house has a two-car garage, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen, wi-fi, and cable. The home has a (2) bedrooms on the main level with a full bath in between, both bedrooms with King size beds. The next bedroom a King size bed plus (2) twin beds in same room, the 4th bedroom is a master suite with a King size bed and a crib, the 5th bedroom has a King size bedroom. The 6th bedroom has a Queen size bedroom. In addition on the 3rd level we have 2 queen sleep sofas, this room can be used as a bedroom that sleeps 4 or a 2nd family room for the kids. The home features a great room on the main floor with a fireplace and expansive views of the mountain. This home was designed and built to be enjoyed by multiple families, yet large enough to provide space to enjoy, all you need to do is enjoy yourself!

Our home has a charter membership to Loon Mountain pool & Spa you and your guest can use the indoor and outdoor pool / spa and facilities.

Great property and great location. We were having a family gathering in Lincoln. The condo we own couldn’t fit everyone so we rented this home for overflow guests. I couldn’t be happier with everything about it. Updated, clean, spacious, great owner to deal with, etc. I would highly recommend and hope to use again.

This property was great for our annual family New Year's Eve ski trip to Loon. Fit three families with 6 children comfortably and we all had enough space for all of the gear we brought up to ski!! The host David is wonderful to deal with! Access to the Loon Mountain Club facilities was also a huge plus! All around great experience and house was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Loon. The home was spacious, had a great layout, and the beds were very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kids also loved having their own space, which made a big difference for our family. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen table as it was perfect for meals and spending time together.The location was perfect, as it was right at Loon, making it super easy and convenient to head to the mountain each day.David was extremely responsive and very easy to work with throughout our stay. We did run into an issue in the middle of our stay, but David was quick to help and had everything resolved as soon as possible, which we really appreciated.One small suggestion for improvement would be updating the pots and pans in the kitchen. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The home was spacious and extremely comfortable. Our stay was a family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had folks from 9 to 93 and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a Thanksgiving feast for 14 people - we had everything we needed. The host was accessible and extremely helpful in getting us prepared for the trip and answering our questions. This house was perfect for a mountain vacation for an active family.

Spectacular views

We enjoyed an extended family get away at this beautiful, spacious home. The living room and master bedroom views are spectacular! The kids loved the rock wall climb , zipline and bungee trampoline near the resort entrance. Highly recommend this home if traveling w a large group!!

Large and clean

Our family includes grandparents, parents and grandchildren. All 11 of us get together each summer to enjoy a family vacation. I have to say that compared to every other place we have stayed over many years, this is the best. Multigenerational vacation

Perfect location and size for our Christmas gift vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Very comfortable layout affording each family their own bedroom and privacy. Large living room with fireplace was the perfect place for the grandchildren to play and a relaxing fire after they went to bed. Finally extremely well stocked kitchen.

Magnificent Home

Magnificent Loon Mountain home

Space galore for our family to spread out. A short walk or drive to the lifts. The kitchen had everything a cook could dream of. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Everyone in my family loved this weekend!!

Wonderful stay at Loon!

We used this house for our annual cousins ski trip to NH. Great house, lots of rooms with plenty of beds. One thing to be aware of, the driveway was a bit steeper & on a curve than we expected. It had snowed and took a while for one of my cousins (even with an expedition) to get out of the driveway. David was a great host, very responsive for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect House!

We travel to the white mountains every December with a large, multi-family group. This house was by far our favorite! From the spacious living room with its incredible view, to the well stock kitchen, to extremely comfortable beds...the house was perfect! And the location, right on Loon Mountain...was second to none! Could not recommend this home more!!

Beautiful Mountain Home

We stayed at this home on the second leg of our family trip. We planned to ski and the location couldn’t be better. The bedroom layout was great for our group too. The great room was spectacular and the perfect spot for us all to gather. The property was well stocked and had everything we could have needed. Everyone in our group is already discussing our next trip here.

This house is impressive! Beautiful views, spacious/clean accommodations and responsive host. Great location to get to the mountain in the morning without having to wait in any traffic and also close to pool and restaurants. Would highly recommended!

Beautiful home.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. Plenty of room for our large group of 14. Loved the mud room for leaving boots and coats. Comfortable beds were a big plus. Very good communication with David to all our concerns. Missing a few basics that are usually included like salt and pepper, and tp (not enough for a 4 day stay). But these are minor. Getting out of the driveway with snow can be difficult due to the slope. Beautiful views and excellent overall place to enjoy a vacation.
