My wife and I were in the area for a two-night stay during our 10-day northeastern roadtrip. The condo was nice, and it’s also in a great location close to many restaurants and other things to do. Perfect central location if you’re wanting to do Franconia Notch National Park or the Kancamagus Highway! Definitely recommend staying here. Our room was clean, cozy, and provided all the basics of a home. The bed was comfortable and having a balcony to sit on was a nice bonus. After we checked-in (which was a super easy process) we explored all the amenities that the lodge had to offer and my son couldn't get over the fact that there was an arcade on the premises. My favorite part of the property was the wooden stairs in the back of the building that led to the river. On our last night we sat on the river's edge and watched the sunset behind the mountains, it was breathtaking. The location offers convenience to the highways, attractions, food and entertainment. Within walking distance of several restaurants which was nice. We had the indoor pool and hot tub (in the basement) to ourselves one afternoon/evening. FYI: the mattress is very firm (memory foam, I think) and the a/c is quite loud. This wasn't a problem for us, but might not be your preference. ##### Ellen B.
