I had a good stay. I liked the friendly staff, the clean room, the hot water and strong shower. The breakfast and the coffee were also good. The hotel itself is somewhat rundown and in need of renovation.

They did not plow parking lot. Requested plowing night before due to early departure, they did not plow leaving 7 inches of snow. Car stuck at one entrance while other entrance plowed in completely. Took over an hour for hotel to respond with any help. Meanwhile no other guests could enter or exit the property. Terrible safety hazard. Police & AAA would not respond due to it was hotel responsibility.

Bobby in the dining room is great. As is Margaret on the front desk. Parking lot right out front could use to be cleaned. Rooms are comfy and clean other than no box springs. And lighting above bed leave something to be desired and trying to read a book

I would not stay here again. Don’t let the lobby fool you- the rooms are not clean and uncared for. The slider lock to the outside was broken, curtains worn through and broken, wall paint all scraped up, bed platform worn out, tub rusting (or we don’t know what the stain is…), the entire place needs to be vacuumed. Overpriced (at least during the dates we were there)- we paid $210 and $230 per night plus taxes. There are plenty of other options on the same road - find somewhere else to stay!!!

We were given the wrong room on check in and the person at the desk was not friendly when I requested to switch to the room we had originally reserved. The room was fine, but could use more than the one trash can in the bathroom. Could also use some updating as there are several chipped areas on the walls and doors. The lights on the desk did not work and one of the wall outlets did not function properly.

During our stay the Hotel didn't have hot water. The hotel theme is amazing but the property condition is dirty specially you can see the mold on the wall and floor of the pool.

Poor service and broken hot tub
Initially it took over 40 minutes to get checked in. Once we received our “room” we opened it up to find it full of another guests things. Another room was deemed clean, but then again turned out it was unclean and disheveled. Finally after an hour+, we received a room that was actually available and clean. The room had a large gap in the balcony door with a very cold draft. Unfortunately, we were not able to warm up in the hot tub as the heater had been broken for over two weeks according to the clerk. We specifically choose this hotel for its access to amenities and a hot tub. If we had known when booking (less than 2 weeks ago) we would have stayed elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some pretty negative reviews. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower worked great and the breakfast was more than adequate with really good coffee. Location is perfect. It has been previously noted that the resort is dated but so are many others we have stayed in recently. we were there 3 nights and no housekeeping was provided during our stay but we managed and the front desk helped with requests.

Staff was nice, everything else needed attention.
It looks like the hotel had gotten some newer upgrades, but our room was lackluster. We had 3 towels for four guests, and there was no room service to replace them or make the beds when we were out the following day. The bathroom was tiny for four people and the fan didn't work so the entire room was super moist after everyone showered. There were missing lightbulbs and even light fixtures completely missing covers. We arrived after a four hour drive, with 6 toilet paper squares left on the roll and no extra TP in the room. The furniture was old and the Internet TV was terrible, always buffering and slow so you couldn't change channels. The complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the foyer was nice as was the indoor pool, however on our second night, we had to go to the front desk again asking for towels to be brought to the pool.

Decent property with supreme location of everything close by. Competitive rates, decent American breakfast, indoor pool too. Two things we did not like much about the property were- 1. Our room was parking facing and there was no internal connection to the front desk, we had to walk outside and then get into the main lobby; 2. Indoor swimming pool water was slightly cold But both these points were not deal breakers.

There are some unfair scathing reviews out there of this place but i feel like it is probably due to unfortunate one off incidents and an expectation that’s higher than is reasonable for the rate and location. we had a good stay no complaints. our stay was simple and one night but we had the very decent “free” continental b-breakfast enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our room was clean stocked had a couple queen beds full bath a patio and the staff was friendly. around $120 don’t know what else you’d want for that price in that area especially. I wouldn’t let the extreme negative reviews sway you, i had 50/50 expectations and they were far exceeded
