It was very clean and perfectly located for easy access to hiking trails and Loon Mountain. The kitchenette was ideal for quick breakfasts, though we chose to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner. Several excellent options are just a short walk from the property. The common great room was also a lovely place to relax. It was so nice to know we were going to stay somewhere that was clean and no surprises. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Communication is also great as well. We stayed here for 4 nights, great location for us and our hiking adventures! This unit was clean, neat and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied well enough for our needs, a comfortable bed and some pretty darn awesome shower pressure! There are several good places to get a coffee, breakfast or dinner close by, even a grocery store. We would not hesitate to find our way back here again. Rick (the host) was very attentive to responding to our messages and great with communicating. The check in process was simple. ##### Anna Q. We love the property as it is right on the pemi river and this room has a view of the river from the balcony. Convenient to hiking and attractions, clean, nice decor and attention to detail. The balcony offers lovely view of the river which you can hear at night with windows open. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view of the river from the porch was an excellent bonus! The owner, Rick, is excellent at keeping up with communication. We knew exactly what to expect, how to get into the building and the room, and he was available for any questions we had by phone or text. It was a wonderful experience! ##### Lisa C. My wife, 9yr old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights in mid-Feb and it was PERFECT! Super clean, exactly as described, with plenty of space for all three of us. Our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and we cooked all our meals in the kitchen, sharing a fun few days together. We skied each day at Loon and this studio was exactly what we needed for the stay. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay in this same unit again for future Loon trips. Rick was awesome and super communicative, we felt right at home! ##### Adam C.
