Full bath with tub/shower, towels, and toiletries. Heated year-round with window A/C for summer. Practical, compact, and comfortable for two. Cascade Falls is a newly renovated (Summer 2024) motel-style unit, located on the side of the main house at Pemi Cabins and neighboring Unit #16\. While not directly on the river, this updated studio cabin provides easy access to the property’s outdoor communal spaces and all the natural beauty of the White Mountains. The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following: \*\*Sleeping Arrangements:\*\* One queen-sized bed with a Helix-branded hospitality mattress, fresh linens, and built-in bookcases framing the sleeping area. \*\*Bathroom:\*\* Full bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combination, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo. \*\*Entertainment & Comfort:\*\* Cozy space with a 35" cable TV and a small dining table. We are very happy about this decision: the place was clean, the staff was responsive (checking with us via text if there was anything needed), and we had a great view on the river (perfect for a romantic night).
