Plus, there’s free parking, coin-operated laundry, and free shuttle service to Loon Mountain during ski season. Everything you need for a stress-free vacation! HOUSE RULES Please remember this is a someone\`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property. • NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules) • NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules) • LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. Liked how there were some games available - we especially enjoyed playing Scrabble :) Cons - Missing a few basic things (tissues, dish towels, certain kitchen utensils, etc.). Very clean property in safe, super quiet building. Rick is super communicative and the apartment was just what we needed. It was so cold outside we ended up just staying in and cooking dinner. This was our first Vrbo experience and I am very impressed. The place was very clean and the owner is responsive and honest. Very ideal for a ski trip getaway. Highly recommend to rent if you're looking for a fun trip for a few days. This kitchen has everything you need, we were able to go out and eat at a few restaurants (Which had delicious food) as well as stay in and cook/bake. Hoping to rent again sometime!!! ##### Ty B. We stayed here for one night and were very pleased. The cleanliness, decor and location did not disappoint. The place looks exactly like pictured.
