### Luxurious Oceanfront Suite - Sleeps 6 - Second Floor - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:  
'The Beachelor Pad' is what we call this luxurious oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to six people by way of a king size bed, a queen Murphy and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!  
  
The Space:  
Unit 214 at the Sea Gypsy is a modern, technology-friendly vacation spot right on the beach in Lincoln City that we call “The Beachelor Pad.”  
  
The second-story condo sleeps up to five adults in two separate sleeping areas. The oceanside suite features a full kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and a dining room table that folds and tucks away. The back bedroom features a king bed, a second full bathroom, and flatscreen TV mounted on the wall.  
  
Don’t let the name of our Beachelor Pad confuse you. Because there are two beds, this is a great place for families with kids. An adult (or child) can also sleep on the pullout couch in the oceanside suite.  
  
This condo has been extensively remodeled. Tile floors cover the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. Ceiling fans have been added in both areas, as well as new lighting. The interior design and decor is very modern.  
  
A dedicated, password-protected Wi-fi connection is available for your use. This is a technology friendly vacation spot.  
  
When it’s all said and done, most of our guests stay here for that long sandy beach below, Mother Nature’s greatest attraction. The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River — the shortest river in the world, according to the Guinness Book of the World Records. Take a 10-minute walk north of Sea Gypsy to some natural tides pools, where you will find wide range of sea life, including sea urchins, star fish and other surprises.  
  
Guest Access:  
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.  
  
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:  
Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.  
  
There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.  
  
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Photos are a bit more polished than it appears in reality. The floors were sticky and that just made us feel a bit uneasy with the cleanliness. The room had all that we needed and bathrooms seemed clean.

Nice property, nice view, comfy bed plenty spaces for up to 6 peoples. The only thing is the Carpet was not really cleaned. maybe needs some deep cleaning in the near future. Toilet also small if you big probably won't fit just my 2 cents. other than those items I would recommend ohh only a few step away from the sandy beach.

Location was great with beach access directly behind the property. Our family loved walking down to the sand on a whim and doing a bonfire at sunset was super convenient. We also loved the view from the second floor as it was above the chain link fence at the back of the property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we appreciated having pools towels available. However, the parts of the condo weren’t very clean - especially the flooring with grime stuck in the carpet. There are also some holes in the walls that a little touch up could improve dramatically. The upstairs noise in the middle of the night did keep us up one night. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a great stay at this property. The view is amazing and the space is comfortable and homey. The TV/DVD player instructions were not super straight forward but we eventually figured it out by manually hitting buttons on the TV. Could use some clarification for ease of use. The kitchen was great for cooking with all the pots and gadgets needed to cook a full meal. Would stay again!

Great location, and view. We had a very enjoyable time and will go again. My only complaints were the carpets needed cleaning and towels used previously were still hanging on the bathroom door!!

#### Great condo, great location!

Very comfortable unit right on the beach. Very clean and updated inside; outside is a little worn, but that doesn't matter to me! Nice queen Murphy beds in living area and bedroom, so would work great for couples or families with children. Walking distance to Kyllo's restaurant is a plus! Would stay here again!

#### Fun family weekend.

Was a perfect location for the Kite Festival. Such a great view of the ocean. People walking up and down the stairs in the one room was very loud. I’d recommend bringing a noise machine to drown it out if your a light sleep.

#### 3.5 Stars for it's location and overall stay.

A decent place to stay and just a few steps from the beach and your there. Family had a good time at the beach finding sea critters, building bonfire on the beach and when kids got cold, was not a far walk for them to go back to the place. Kids also had a fun time swimming in pool when it rained. Sleeping wise the separate bedroom that is facing the parking lot, you could hear people going down the stairs, but not in the living room area. If there are kids staying in the floor above you, just know you're going to hear lots of running/jumping (depending on the age of course) because we did. Comment to owner: We could not find any kitchen towels or pot holders, we ended up using one of the towels. We give this place 3.5 stars.
