The stunning ocean view balcony and quiet placement make it worth the 30 steps up this family suite. With a stocked kitchen and fireplace guests can get cozy for an extended stay or explore using the easy beach access staircase and proximity to Lincoln City. Up to 6 can sleep on a King bed, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool and commercial Wi-FI. The Space: No 321 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned, corner condo located on the top floor. The stunning ocean view balcony and quiet placement make it worth the 30 steps up this family suite. With a stocked kitchen and fireplace guests can get cozy for an extended stay or explore using the easy beach access staircase and proximity to Lincoln City. Up to 6 can sleep on a king bed, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool and commercial Wi-FI. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building. This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 321 Kite Rider Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day.
