With a King bed and a queen bed this condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a stocked kitchen that is great for groups that want to eat in. The bathroom also has a bathtub for the kids. The HOA provides a pool that guests have access to, and an easy beach access staircase is on the property. The Space: 317 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo on the top floor, located 30 steps up. Checkin process was easy. We woke up around 8 on our last day to a high pitched constant beeping noise and after investigating, we found it was the carbon monoxide alarm. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room due to this. Due to no one being in the office, I informed the after hours number and then told the front desk person when they came in at 10am (they were super helpful and understanding). We were told it was the battery. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our final morning and checked out early. No one has followed up with us about it or responded to the email I sent asking for a partial refund. ##### Elizabeth F.
