The place was clean and decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable and the view amazing. It was so nice to open the bedroom door and see only the ocean. The carpet is new and fresh. We also loved the window wall and door leading out to the balcony with hot tub overlooking the beach. This condo was so nice and roomy with an amazing view short walk to the beach and around the community.a kite shop and bakery just up the street loved the hot tub.the beds were very comfy and kitchen had everything. A lot of glassware and dishes! We had a drip coffee pot and keurig and an electric barbecue on the deck. The pool table was also a big hit! We definitely recommend and will be back! ##### Teri C. The location to the beach also so great. The prior place had a code which both of the couples could use to go in and out. I'd love to see if an update on access to the actual unit could be done. Also, the first night our friends had a horrible night sleep, only because they didn't know they had a sleep number bed and it was at 0 all night. I'm not sure how to help clear up that the level of sleep could be adjusted but after they found it it was great. ##### Caryn C. The view of the beach and ocean is gorgeous! The condo is very clean. We didn't use the hot tub or the kitchen, but it had everything needed except food. As we would enter the condo, you could hear the people next door talking and laughing but as soon as the door is closed you hear nothing. Beach access is a short walk and quick drive to any grocery store or restaurant. My only complaint is that it was hot in the condo when we got there. We couldn't get the temp down below 75\. My son called and left a message at the number in the instructions and we never received a call back. That is disappointing. Very nicely done inside and current and clean. Not rundown. The light in the second bedroom needs fixing, it stays on for about 30 seconds and then starts strobing and going on the fritz. Good communication on rules about the place via stickers and notes. Didn’t have enough toilet paper and called to let them know but also had to buy some because the extra they gave was not enough. Not enough trash bags or paper towels for a place that has a full kitchen and could expect people to cook instead of going out for each meal.
