Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for you convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access? The Space: Space for 6? Check. Full kitchen? Check. Stunning view? Check! 310 is a privately owned, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom family suite on the 3rd floor at D Sands. Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen Murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for your convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access? Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building. This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 310 Mortal Anemones Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Interaction with Guests: D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. She offered us another room for the night but we asked to just wait (with kids no on wants to change rooms again) so she ran right up to help the cleaning crew while we went swimming! Their pool was also down but they opened up an account so we could use the community center pool and while limited was super fun and opened up even more fun activity options too!
