Amazing ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, and a stocked kitchen is perfect for families or longer stays. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 guest on 3 Queen beds: two in the bedroom and a Murphy Bed in the living room. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool, as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi and an easy beach access staircase on the property. Please note: The furniture has been recently updated. You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Interaction with Guests: D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day.
