There's a King bed in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room so you have space during the day. Enjoy the balcony view, or wander down to the easy beach access for some fun on the sand! The full kitchen has basic supplies for your convenience, or explore one of Lincoln City's local favorites for dinner. We also give access to the HOA's pool! The Space: Stunning views of the ocean and D River await at D Sands 213! This 1 bedroom, corner suite is perfect for an oceanfront getaway for 4 people. There's a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room so you have space during the day. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building. This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 213 Squiddy Corner Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Interaction with Guests: D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. Front desk lady was friendly until I asked about checking in, then became short and dismissive with me. Re-sent email, that she said I viewed the same day it was sent, but couldn’t retrieve the new email because no WI-FI. I finally stepped in to a spot that connected to WI-FI and phone started downloading everything. Also was really looking forward to the hot tub which was out of order while we were there. That was a sad day after walking up and down the beach all day and was really looking forward to a nice soak in some hot water.
