The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great, although a little small. It fits four adults comfortably but any more than that would be crowded. It was clean and hot, and we got a lot of use out of it. The area was flooded during our stay which is no one’s fault but it did affect our trip as we were not able to walk outside the house without wading through 6” of water. It also made taking the dogs out to potty quite challenging as there was no dry area. Be careful when taking items out on the back deck when the water is high. A cell phone dropped onto the deck can bounce off into the water below. We learned the hard way. We spoke with a neighbor that mentioned that this level of flooding only happens about once or twice a year so it’s unlikely to be a big issue. The house is on stilts so there was no flooding inside the house or garage. The management company was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely consider returning to this property. ##### Jaime C.
