Lovely Cape Cod style with N to S wall of windows overlooking the oceanfront. The deck is huge with 10 wooden adirondacks and picnic table for some great meals or relaxation while listening to the waves roll in. Hot tub and BBQ also overlook the oceanfront. Enjoy whale spouts, sunsets and moonlight as you gaze out to sea. Private beach access! Surfing is popular in front of this home (famous Nelscott Wave). Pirates Lookout now has 3 TVs, One 32 inch in the upstairs bedroom, one 50 inch on the main floor and one 65 inch TV with Roku in the lower level for you to enjoy streaming all your favorite services as well as an HDMI hookup for you to use any gaming console you have. A great area for teens or anyone to relax and enjoy. Max 10 guests including stop by visitors. The beach access has lots of stairs. We enjoyed the 2 living room areas, dining room, and kitchen space on the main floor. The coffee maker was a keurig so it would have been helpful to know that ahead to bring the correct type of coffee. We had plenty of bedrooms for our group of 5\. The tv in the main living room was difficult to operate because it is cable not a smart tv, but someone came right away to help us figure it out. The view from the gorgeous patio is stunning, we spent a lot of time out here reading, playing games and visiting. It was also awesome to have our own private beach access and plenty of parking. The stairs - both within the home and down to the beach - are very narrow and quite steep….people with any mobility issues or even who are simply not in very good physical conditioning might struggle with them. That said, there’s nothing to be done about it and they’re in good condition. They are beautiful and full of life. We loved the hot tub too!From looking at the pictures in the listing, I thought there would be one more bed than there was. So we were short a bed with the combination of people that we had. After we got there, I realized I should have looked at the listing description for that info. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Julie S. 10 août 2025 This home had a view that was ridiculously breathtaking! Comy furniture with a pirate/nautical theme was a plus. The down sides were outdated bathrooms, a deck railing that was not sturdy above a steep cliff with peeling paint on deck, windows with no screens or that wouldn't open, and very steep, not to code stairs for all 3 levels. With a little makeover and tlc, this home could be magnificent! The weather was perfect so we spent a majority of time out there. We had a blast. Even the staircase to the beach was very doable.Thank you for more great memories of family. ##### Mary C. In the upstairs rooms as well as the livingroom(s) you see nothing but ocean out the windows. It gave me such a peace watching the waves each morning. The balcony was the best part of the house as it was so spacious, plenty of seating for my party of 8\. Although I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, it was very clean. The only issue I had and why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 was because in the upstairs bedrooms and in one of the rooms I found Cobwebs and there was dirt/dusk on the floors. (I did address this with customer service and they said they would let house cleaning know and they did apologize). Also the stairs in the house are real steep, we had a couple of ladies in my group who have bad knees and it was difficult coming up/ down the stairs. This information should be posted in the description of the house. Outside of that, I had a great stay. Immaculately clean, well appointed, comfy beds, incredible views, and on top of all that, a hot tub! The tidepools were an unexpected treat— I’m born and raised on the Puget Sound and never in my life have I seen such an explosion of sea life. More starfish than could ever be counted! The home had plenty of beds to accommodate our family of 8\. Although the kitchen is small, it was nicely laid out and we were able to cook meals with ease. We loved the spacious deck overlooking the ocean. It was also very nice having 2 separate living rooms so our family could spread out. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The views are spectacular. Service from the manager was excellent. The location in regards to downtown lincoln city is awesome. We had to buy garbage bags so that was a little bit of a bummer, and the paper towels are very cheap, but other than that it was wonderful!!
