It has a functioning kitchen, but there was only one small pan with many pots. It would have been nice to have at least one more, but we figured it out. If you’re looking for a quiet stay this might not be the place for you. It is an older building and noise travels. It didn’t bother me because I have a family and I am sure we made some noise as well. This is my 2nd stay and the pool and hot tub were out the 1st two days of my trip and then the spa the last day. Last year when I stayed the spa was out the entire trip so I would say there is no predicting if there will be a pool on your visit. The location was perfect, and we loved the view from the balcony. It was noisy due to building structure, but we expected this based on other reviews. We had an issue with the bathtub faucet, but it was fixed the same day. It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies for wiping up counter spills, etc. Even though there were signs about not smoking within 10 feet of doors, people on the first level smoked right below us. The view was gorgeous and I am very surprised with all the people staying there, even kids, at a certain time everyone was respectful and quiet.
