This third story, newly renovated, one bedroom condo boasts one bedroom and one bathroom with a spectacular view of the Siletz Bay and sandy beach. You and three guests will be able to relax in style and comfort while staying in this gorgeous unit. Park the car, grab your bags, and head upstairs to settle in before checking out the sights and sounds! Upon entering the unit, you'll find yourself in the foyer and a long hallway. On the right, you'll find a sink and two doors, one of which leads to the bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom is just to the right, offering a King size bed with an adjustable head articulation to make yourself as comfortable as possible, decorated in clean whites and grays. You'll also be able to enjoy your own private flat screen TV with DVD player before drifting to sleep. Back out in the hallway, you'll have private access to a washer and dryer, so feel free to pack light during your trip and simply wash clothes on an as-need basis! Step out into the open concept living room and kitchen area, and prepare to be dazzled. Newly decorated in fresh whites and all new furniture and appliances, you'll feel right at home while enjoying a nice breeze off the bay as the sun sets in the west! The kitchen has everything one might need to cook up a quick and simple meal while on vacation! Enjoy the brand new appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and more. While cooking, you can catch up with your loved ones right from the counter. The living room is decorated in beautiful whites, creams, and grays. It has a beautiful view of the bay and it was fun to watch the wild life and people enjoying the calm beach. If you take a short walk past Mo's you will find the ocean which is beautiful but more dangerous. If you have children or don't like huge waves, this is a great location to stay! The decor is nice and the bed is comfy. The mattress is a little on the hard side, but you can tell it's good quality! Some noise can be heard from the walkway out the front door and from the neighbors while on the deck but this is not fault of the owners-just the way it was constructed. While the bathroom, sinks and shower were clean with plenty of towels the bedspread in the bedroom also had stains.The baseboard hadn’t been cleaned or repainted in for ever. The was coffee beans to grind but no packets of digest or creamer. This was very much a corporate rental and it felt like it I more use to the comfy and homey units I rely on from Vrbo ##### Raja W. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Youcould walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There were several disappointments however. The mattress was extremely firm and did not provide us with a restful sleep. We padded the mattress with bedding from the hide a bed to try to make it tolerable. We turned the heat off and even then it was 80° inside in November. The chain in the toilet tank was too long so it would get caught and cause the toilet to run. The shower surround had some mold at the bottom. The DVD remote did not work. Hopefully it was just a battery issue. The finishes were nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. ##### Sheila W. The sandy beach along the bay is steps away from the building and the actual ocean beach front is less than a 10 minute walk away. It is walking distance to a handful of restaurants which we took advantage of during our stay.The unit was clean and maintained well. The kitchen was stocked w/ the essential cookware to make some of our meals at "home." I did a long weekend just me and my two little kids. It was just perfect being steps away from the beach on the back bay--plenty of opportunity to play in the sand and water's edge without a long walk or worry about big waves. The condo had everything we needed. There is no AC and the ocean breeze didn't really make it in, so if you have trouble sleeping in a warm space, bring a fan. ##### Suzanne M. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the place itself was cute. However until you get a new housekeeper, I will NOT be returning and definitely not recommending! When we arrived there was sand all over the floors, there was a blanket wadded up and thrown on the floor of the closet (is this supposed to be clean?) and the dishwasher was full of dishes, the microwave was nasty. Just another thought- we got stuck in the elevator! Thankfully after about a minute it fixed itself because all of the buttons we pushed for help didn’t seem to work! ##### Nikki C.
