Other than the carpet and deck, the unit was very clean. However, the carpet was badly and widely stained, lumpy and had spots that felt slightly sticky. Leaning against the deck railing got my pants really dirty-didn’t appear to have been wiped down in quite some time. 2 chairs were broken. We appreciated plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper products, coffee and dish washing supplies. While the view is terrific, the terrible carpet and other problems were difficult to overlook. ##### DK H.
