Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine. The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge. Please clean BBQ after each use. One of the best homes on Vrbo that I've stay at. Walking distance to the ocean, with a park across the street and a pool a short walk away. Great place! I couldn't be happier with it. Each summer we stayed in a different house. Our choice of a beach home was the best this year. The home was lovely with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 11 of us including four children. You will not be disappointed at this home. We used the Olivia Beach pool daily and access to the beach is convenient. The living room is comfortable, the kitchen convenient, the parking is easy behind the property. Not be disappointed the best thing about the property was communication with the done kitchen and laundry. Best of all the owner was attentive and answered my questions quickly. Close walk to the beach and right across the street from a park and volleyball pit. An excuse to get the family together to celebrate mom and gramma who we lost the last two years. To get a house that will fit everyone comfortably is hard to do. But this house is an absolute gem. It sleeps everyone. The kids can go upstairs in to the play area and we don’t even hear them. The host is amazing and super helpful.
