This is just an amazing hotel. Great location, nice staff, good breakfast and the rooms are just fabulous, very clean, modern and comfortable. We got early check in too.

Welcoming and comfortable hotel.
We only stayed one night and booked a triple room which was a bit tight for 3 people mainly because it was difficult to move around suitcases. Having said that, it would have been a great space for 2 people. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area but minutes to the city center, has free street parking, welcoming staff and breakfast options. A very good 3 star hotel overall.

Hotels should drop them
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will take your money for a special rate upfront but upon arrival you will be told they are full and you have no room and no refunds!!!!!!

Madam, We are sorry but like we explained you you booked a non refundable rate. You made no show and never call us, so like the cancellation Policy, your booking cancelled at noon without any news after your no show!. However, you forgot to indicate than we found a solution at 50 meters in another 3* hotel and helped you to carry your luggage. Anyway, we hope to welcome you a next time, let you appreciate our rooms. Best regards.

Great for the price!
We didn't need much from this hotel as we spent most of the day visiting family, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk agents were very helpful. They helped give us directions to markets, and explained where the safest places were to park. The hotel had parking, but the agent told us the streets were fine, which saved us 14 Euro. How nice! The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and up to date as well. The entire hotel had a purple theme. This includes the rooms and the breakfast room. Breakfast was varied and tasty. It cost an extra 9.50 Euro per day per person. The area surrounding the hotel was mostly just residential, which meant it was pretty quiet. There is plenty of shopping within a 5-10 minute walk. Honestly, for the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for a much better stay!

Clean, modern and friendly hotel close to centre
2 night stay and worked perfectly.. Close to centre but easy to park car on street. We were there Friday and Saturday nights and did find the road outside quite noisy with revellers. We keep window open slightly for air so either ask for room at the back or take earplugs! either way, it was a great stay and hotel did not disappoint...once we'd found softer pillows in the cupboard. Didn't have breakfast as like to go into town so can't comment, although breakfast difficult to find outside on a Sunday morning!

Great little find!
The staff are friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, giving recommendations for places for park our car, where to eat, where the landmarks are, within close proximity to all. Breakfast plentiful and lot's to chose from. Hotel pristine, well kept and big comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay and lots more to Limoges than expected.

Superb hotel

Modern hotel near train station
Walking distance from train station and historic city center, friendly staff however neighborhood not my first choice for Limoges stay. I would prefer to stay in the historic city center for a more pleasant cultural experience. Staff assured us neighborhood was safe and I didn't exactly feel unsafe walking in the early evening but did receive aggressive male attention that made me uncomfortable.

Great hotel, We'd stay here again.
The hotel is well located to be able to explore Limoges on foot. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, offering maps and advice. I didn't try out the breakfast. If I was here in the summer months I would check to see if they have air conditioning, the compact room was really smart and extremely well presented, the bathroom was as good. If you should arrive with a car, the hotel is located in a residential area with what appeared to be regular parking outside. Within 10 minutes walk there is a good collection of interesting places to visit and a reasonably wide selection of restaurants and bars. We loved Limoges, it's a pretty city, small for your average city I would think, with a cathedral, some beautiful parks, the river Vienne with a delightful riverside walk, a roofed market (closed Mondays I think), a little tourist train ( this takes 50 mins and costs 6 Euros p.p. - recommended) a very interesting ceramic museum and a massive and really impressive train station ( worth the visit even if you are not taking a train ride, although you can see this from the tourist train if you prefer. There is a quaint old town which is well worth exploring, cobbled streets and many old buildings with tons of character, this is in the Boucherie area, Rue Boucherie is located in this area I think. All of this is within easy walking distance of this hotel, great. The taxi to and from the hotel was 24 Euros each way and was probably around a 15 minute drive.

Pleasant stay..
Stayed here two nights for a trip to Oradour sur Glane. No complaints at all..very clean and comfortable. Was a short walk to the train and restaurants and close to the park. Breakfast was basic. Would gladly stay here again.

Rooms in this two-star hotel are tiny, but spotlessly clean (we were in the new addition). Dinner the first night was very tasty, but the second night was a complete failure. In fact, I would say it was the worst meal I've ever been served in a French hotel dining room--and, to add insult to injury, the waitress abruptly asked us to give up the table to a waiting couple before I finished my wine. There is a spa on the premises, and my friend pronounced the massage one of the best she's ever had. Breakfasts are adequate. The small staff seems over-stretched, but they work very hard to serve you well, the exception being the waitress aforementioned.

Beautiful hotel very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Great air-conditioning. And very rare in France and Spain kettle and mugs. Easy parking. Quiet neighbourhood close to historic centre and shopping.

There isn't hotel parking but we were lucky to find a spot nearby. We walked everywhere we wanted-Gare Du Limoges, St. Etienne, Resistance museum, Quarter de la Boucherie. Staff very helpful and spoke English.

Conveniently situated for visiting Limoges. Within walking distance of everything and pleasant staff. The only problem was that breakfast was the same everyday and no hot breakfast provided. If you do not eat croissants and bread with ham and cheese you will go hungry.

Choose another hotel if you are a smoker.
The room was fine and clean. The only downfall was the smoking terrace is surrounded by rooms so when our party of 6 got back after dinner we were told not to be too noisy out there. So, no laughing. The concierge made it uncomfortable for us so we all went to bed much earlier than wanted. The next morning we were not allowed to use the Terrace until after 11am. so we had to smoke in the street.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small and toiletries minimal as is typical for hotels in this price range in France. The breakfast was lovely and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance.
