The position of the hotel next to the lake is the selling point of this hotel. The hotel is clean and there being some modernisation to the bar/ restaurant area. The service at dinner time was very poor. We received our food before our drinks.

This is an outstanding hotel! The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed more than one night in such a lovely hotel.

This was a great property for a four-person family. The room was perfect for our purposes, the area and hotel was quiet, and the breakfasts were great. The kids loved the pool, and there are great kids' parks around. There are also a wide variety of restaurants within short driving distance.

OK en route.
Good overnight stop on the way to Dordogne. Efficient reception, excellent parking. Ideal for travel with a dog: ground floor room, woodland and lake. Breakfast was cleared away with military zeal at 9.25 which seemed remarkably early for an hotel catering to people on vacation.

Staff very polite and helpful. Cooling system an absolute joke during scorching temperature. In the main area barely noticeable, in the room very low! Food average, breakfast not worth it for the money paid. By 8:45 was very little left and food not stocked up. Hotel very well located close to the motorways and with wonderful surroundings. Worth it regardless and with room for improvements ( no pun intended ).

Decent Hotel but Unhelpful Staff & Awful Breakfast
Hotel is fine. Check in was smooth and welcoming, but there the helpfulness ended. Bar staff took sullenness to a new level, surpassed only by the team at Breakfast. Couldn't run a bath that lot. Shambolic, rude and wilfully obstructive to the most simple of tasks. Breakfast itself was a farce with no food available at 9am on a Saturday despite it being open until 10am.

Very disappointing stay with common areas grubby, floors of restaurant dirty, service in restaurant horrible, quality of food not up to scratch (and expensive). All in a very disappointing stay - only real positives were location of the hotel for access and the bed was ok.

Perfect overnight stay for a family
We stayed here to break our journey to our holiday destination. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful (for example, they were happy to freeze our cool blocks from our cool box). The room was clean and we had a view of the lake. The swimming pool was an enormous bonus. Our children are young and there is a brilliant playground less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

We had been driving from the Netherlands all the way down to Spain and decided to stop in the Limoge. We had a wonderful evening and we were very comfortable. It was also a fantastic breakfast and there’s a beautiful lake right out front of the hotel that’s good for a nice walk.

I love this hotel!! Its my favorite hotel on our journey to Spain. The rooms are modern and comfortable, great parking. Swimming pool with lovely lake view is a huge bonus...especially when you arrive in France on their hottest day ever!! Lovely walk round the lake the next morning before we set off. 10/10!!

Clean, efficient hotel overlooking a small lake and park. English spoken. Small issue with door lock was well handled by receptionist by changing my room and offering a drinks voucher for the inconvenience.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times on our test to Spain. It's modern and comfortable. The food is good if a little expensive. However the staff weren't entirely friendly and welcoming.

The property was very modern, clean and tidy. It is perfect for a short stay. The bar and restaurant served limited, but high quality fresh food. We stayed with our 2 children and must admit we didn’t really feel welcome as a family. The staff were not the most friendly and seemed very indifferent to us. Think this may be more of a business style hotel rather than for families. That said, the hotel was modern, clean and the price was good.

Perfect stop over.
This hotel was the perfect stop over of our way to the South of France. The pool was great for the kids, the breakfast and dinner was excellent and reasonably well priced, the room was very comfortable and clean plus there is free car parking on site. The staff are well versed in English if you are unable to speak French.
