The hotel was mid range on the comfort level. The beds are pretty hard and take some getting used to and the sheets are like sand paper, all of which I could excuse if the customer service had been up to par.
I stayed there for 3 nights and definitely had some issues. My check in was a full 2 hours after the time stated on Hotels.com, a room service order for coffee was completely forgotten about, my wake up call that I requested 3 times did not happen, and I was woken up the night before I was scheduled to leave by a "your transfer is here" call. That happened before my scheduled wake up call, so clearly if they had been paying attention, they would have known I was not leaving at midnight. Just not a very good experience at all and I'll be letting the tour operator that booked us here know.
