This unit is perfect for a guest or couple just passing through, visiting someone nearby, or needing a place while working in the area. Work or pleasure, you will be comfy in this little unit. Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville. This is an older complex. I rented out 2 apartments (1.5 week at a time), both smelled, one had mildew behind the toilet, the bathroom floor pan was cracked, and the legroom for the toilet to the wall is horrible. At one of the apartments, bees were coming out of the paneling, one stung me. I contacted the owner who said they were going to send someone over, nobody came to spray them.
