It is shared with an older guy (the owner) who was super courteous and during the week, arrives home from work very late so you don't see him much. Make sure that you speak some Spanish though, although I don't think it would matter. The bathroom was perfect and (I think) private (nobody else used it). Though the bed was slightly small for 2 to sleep in, everything else was very good and convenient.
