We had a 12hour layover so checked in at 6am and left at 1pm a few hours later. They offered a free shuttle from the airport which was an incredible addition at no extra costs. Our driver Juan Carlos went over and beyond to help us from the moment we were picked up until we were in our rooms including carrying extremely heavy bags. The communication between ourselves and the hotel and driver was faultless especially as our plane was delayed. I would DEFINITELY stay again. Also the shower. The shower is something of the Gods. If you’re a backpacker like me, you know a good shower is rare and I can tell you this was top tier. Water pressure and temperature was brilliant. Thank you again for hosting us and allowing our late checkout.
