Make sure you take all your belongings with you. In case we find forgotten items after check-out, they will be kept in our office for a maximum of 30 calendar days awaiting retrieval. After that period, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer shipping services for forgotten belongings either domestically or internationally. Perishable food or beverages will not be stored; they will be donated or discarded immediately. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS Please be kind to neighbors and building staff. Respect common areas and quiet hours. Building reception does not work for us; therefore, any incidents must be reported directly to us so we can assist you if necessary. Any additional costs due to deep cleaning, extra washing, transportation, repairs, and/or replacement of lost or damaged items in the property, building, or condominium must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation.
