### Cute & Comfy Efficiency Apartment #9

Comfy studio/efficiency apartment, with many updates, off-street assigned parking, laundry facility on-site, and a private entrance. This unit is perfect for a guest or couple just passing through, visiting someone nearby, or needing a place while working in the area. Work or pleasure, you will be comfy in this little unit. Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville.  
  
This is a small efficiency apartment with a full bathroom and small functional kitchen. SleepIng arrangements consist of one queen bed. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and two towels provided. Internet, smart TV, and local cable, via Spectrum app, are included.  
  
You have one off-street parking space labeled #9.  
  
The property manager is located 90 minutes from your location. You will receive direct contact information for emergencies and can always reach us through the Airbnb app with questions or concerns.  
  
This is an older complex. It is not a five-star resort and Wi-Fi can get finicky during peak hours, but it is clean, cozy, and safe.  
Leave unit in the same condition upon check out as check in.

The location was great. It is a great location, right off the highway. Bring socks or slippers, the floors are dirty. The floors are in rough condition from water damage especially in the bathroom. For the price and location it was amazing. Overall a good place to stay.

#### You get what you pay for 

This was a super cheap property. It was the only non-large group property in the area at the time. It took a day and a half to get a smoke detector, bathroom baseboard heater is rusted and partially disassembled. This place has real potential, though.
