« We were on a late flight from Manila. Informed Hotel that we required very late check in around midnight. Arrived 2325hrs. Hotel reception in total darkness. Rung doir bell many time tk ni avail. They advertise 24Hrs checkin. Phoned the number above reception, lady sId she would wake the Management. She replied back stating that they were coming 1 floor. Another 40mins finally the reception opened. Zhe explained that she had not been paid so I owed her Php 1250\. Zaix I will sort it oht in the...

Chambre au décor désuet style années 1990 ( ils manient bien l'art de la photographie, ca ne ressemble pas trop a ce que l'on voit sur le site internet).Bondé de gens, avec choix de restauration plutôt a l'américaine.Éviter le buffet, un vrai scam pour le prix. Le seul restaurant que nous avons apprécié est le Coral ou le raport qualité prix est acceptable avec également un choix de vin...

« Chambre sale ! Vraiment ! On a peur des photos pour monter à la réception qui a dessuite réagit en nous proposant un surclassement, la chambre n était encore une fois pas très propre mais nous n avions rien dis . De plus le personnel vous demandera 100pesos pour vous commandez un taxi, moi qui penser que c’était leur travail ! Non on vous demande des sous en plus. Bref nous avons commandez un taxi le lendemain pour partir à aéroport. Au bout d’une heure toujours pas de taxi ! Le service ne...
