Motion sensor light in the backyard never came on and it was dangerous using the back steps. None of upper porch lights worked.It was not adequately portrayed in the advertisement. The coffee table shown in the photo gallery was not there.There were several broken items (porch furniture, screen door closer, drawer pulls to name a few). The pool is shaded with is great for heat of the day and stays cool. We had a blast fishing off the dock and caught multiple different species. We had such a great time.
