This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast at Orange Beach. No Smoking, No Parties. Pet friendly for one dog, 20 pounds or less, and pet fee applies. No smoking or vaping in or about the property. No ATV's are allowed on or about this property. You must be 25 years or older to book this house.  
  
Spacious and perfectly arranged to suit most vacation or rental needs, Playa Paraiso is in the quaint waterfront community that lies just across the Florida line in beautiful Lillian, Alabama! Enter under the old oak tree to a memorable stay. This one-level, bay-front brick home boasts incredible views of Perdido Bay, leaving one longing for the evening sun to set! There are 3 bedrooms (3 Double Beds, 1 King, 1 Queen and a Sofa bed in the living room); maximum capacity is eight (8); and 2 full baths. There is a screened porch, and a single car garage. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.   
  
Groceries are available in Elberta and across the bridge in Florida.

#### Great Getaway

We really enjoyed this house! It was very large and spacious. The bedsheets and bath towels were very white and not dingy. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! The fridge didn’t have an ice maker so we had to buy our ice. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital 3 days prior to us staying in the house. The doctor wanted him to just rest and relax and this was the perfect place for that since the surrounding area was very quiet.
