Vraiment très agréable et confortable. Le lobby avec vue sur le lac offre un vrai bien être. Malgré un radiateur un peu bruyant, la chambre était petite mais récente, bien entretenue, pratique et cocoon. Attention, que des chaînes TV en suédois.. Le restaurant est excellent et abordable, et le personnel est aux petits soin. Je suis heureuse d'avoir trouver cette adresse pour mes prochains voyage ! At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best." La chambre était spacieuse, le lit et les oreillers très confortables, il y a un mini bar et une cafetière dans la chambre. Les serviettes de bains sont confortables et nombreuses. Le petit déjeuner est très très fourni ! Le personnel est très poli et disponible. Attention néanmoins, l’hôtel ne se trouve pas au centre ville et il faut prendre un taxi ou les transports pour y accéder.
