Excellente prestation

Emplacement facile à trouver.proprete,literie,service :impeccable.Petits dejeuners très appreciables.Endroit très calme.Propritaire présent mais très discret.Parking fermé. Seul petit bemol,la table avec ses hauts tabourets bar pour manger n est pas pratique pour des personnses ayant des difficultes à s asseoir. Très bon sejour,merci au propriétaire. Nous recommandons et nous y reviendrons.

Un lieu agréable un accueil chaleureux, merci

Me croyant a l'hôtel j'avais oublié de signaler mon heure d'arrivée. Notre hôte m'a très gentiment accepté en heure tardive. M'a fait la visite chaleureuse et enthousiaste du logement. Logement propre, agréable, joliment décoré. Une prestation dont je n'ai malheureusement pas prit le temps de profiter pleinement avec la mise a disposition d'un jacuzzi privatif. Un bon petit déjeuner autonome à prendre dans la chambre. Seul bémol un poil loin de Lille mais cela en fait un bon rapport qualité prix. Et il n'y a pas grand chose autour. Mais cela fait de cette maison un lieu calme et agréable. Merci encore pour votre accueil, et pour ces quelques échanges fort agréable et sympathique.

Cozy, comfortable and stylish.

It is a lovely studio apartment, very homely and comfortable and is nicely furnished with good hearing. I only stayed one night, would be nice to stay longer. It is in a quiet area but easy to get to nearby villages and towns (Herseaux, Leers, Roubaix). There are supermarkets nearby such as Lidl and Aldi, and the apartment has everything for cooking. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, they didn’t speak much English and unfortunately my French isn’t very good! But it was not a problem, we managed to communicate. The option to be able to email them in advance would be good.

N'hésitez pas !! L'accueil est chaleureux, l'environnement calme et propice à la détente. Les appartements sont très propres, le jacuzzi également (l'eau est changée). Le chauffage est mis en place avant notre arrivée. L'ambiance est superbe ! Il y avait une cuisine (évier, plaque de cuisson, micro onde, frigo) de disponible dans l'appartement. Le petit déjeuner est déposé le matin. Vraiment génial. N'hésitez pas (il y a un même un parking gratuit et sécurisé)! C'était super. A refaire ! L'ambiance de la chambre, la décoration... Tout est fait avec goût. Merci pour tout !

Un séjour pratique et au calme.

Un excellent accueil, hôte très sympathique. Bien en général mais un peu cher pour la prestation, nous n'avions pourtant pas pris l'option spa. Un peu juste sur les fournitures (une serviette par personne, pas de shampoing, boîte de kleenex vide, oreillers raplaplas). Il est vrai que nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, nous n'avons donc pas eu à utiliser le reste des équipements (cafetière, micro-ondes etc...) qui est effectivement à disposition. Pour finir sur une note très positive : mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : copieux, varié, du pain et des viennoiseries délicieuses.

Lieu agréable pour se détendre.

Facile d’acces, endroit sécurisé, cadre sympathique et calme.Proche de Roubaix, de Lille et de la Belgique. Une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter les alentours. Je recommande ce lieu et j’y reviendrai probablement.

Excellente séjour dans un endroit tranquille.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour pendant les 2 nuits que j'étais logé à la ferme city break & spa. L'endroit est calme, propre, spacieux, les locaux sont bien entretenus, le service comprends Wi-Fi et petit-déjeuner. En plus, M. Julien le propriétaire est un excellent hôte. Je le recommande vivement !

Petit WE en amoureux pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Superbe "appartement-loft" avec jacuzzi privatif. Un petit havre de paix décoré avec goût. Moderne, chic, bien tenu... Le propriétaire est jovial et aux petits soins. A recommander chaudement! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette bulle de détente.

A very well-presented loft apartment with a comfortable bed, a full kitchen and small dining table. Great ensuite bathroom. Excellent hosts who were very willing to help. Lovely French continental breakfast with amazing croissants, pain au chocolat.

Dejlig lejlighed med venlig ejer

Rigtig dejligt sted med en rigtig venlig ejer. Franskkunskaber er dog nødvendigt, da han ikke kan engelsk. Han var der med set samme, hvis vi ringede eller skrev til ham. Manglende oplysninger på Hotels.com om, at det kostede penge at bruge spaen og hvor meget. Lækker morgenmad med friskbagt brød, som han anrettede til et tidspunkt vi havde bestemt.

Bel appartement sans extérieur

Passé le problème de départ nous ayant obligé à attendre 15mn devant une grille fermée, le séjour s'est très bien passé. Très bel & grand appartement avec Jacuzzi. Manque juste un accès extérieur (genre terrasse) car toutes les fenêtres donnent sur le parking obligeant à laisser fermer les stores.
