It has huge windows that allow the afternoon sun to beat into the living/dining room. The undersized window air conditioner simply could not keep the small place comfortable. When the afternoon high was 77 it was in excess of 100 in the living room.We tried leaving all the screened windows and sliders open. Came back to the room at 3:00 pm and it was miserable.Maintenance said “the window unit is functioning fine. It is just too small for the room. Continue to run the fan and keep the windows open”.It was hard to leave the windows and sliders open while not at the condo due to security concerns.The condo was difficult to sleep in since it did not cool down till early morning. ##### John L. House gives off retro vibes. Recommend a deeper cleaning for now - lots of ledges and shelves that were in need of wiping down. Disappointed when we booked that we didn’t have access to Marriott pool and amenities. Kitchen and appliances are very dated. Bugs on the ceiling in bathroom. If you can get over those issues, then it’s a good stay. Location, deck, and view helped us overcome issues inside the unit. ##### Ken B. There are some boards on the deck that need to be nailed back down. Better outdoor lighting on the lanai would help with access. A notepad and pen would also be useful. Peeling paint, rusted appliances, filthy carpet, worn furniture and bedding. Property manager was wonderful and moved us to another property in the same area where we were able to enjoy our stay. This property should not be offered before it has extensive updates and cleaning. ##### Christy G.
