First night we got there after traveling for 17 hours, is open the large doors to the porch and listen to the ocean. Fell asleep with the doors open all night. The only drawback is that one evening it was pretty warm and a wall AC would have helped but not a big deal. Also, only left a quarter of one roll of toilet paper, which was a little annoying. In addition, the property grounds were well maintained. However, the condo itself is in need of multiple upgrades, including replacement of flooring, bathroom refresh, and updated furniture/fixtures. In addition, there is little airflow in this particular unit so it was quite warm (we've stayed in Kauai multiple times and understand that A/C is rarely an option). We had a late check in, they made it easy with a lockbox for keys and clear instructions. We arrived after dark, room was very nice and clean. When we woke up in the morning to the sunrise we were stunned at the view out of the unit. I thought the pictures were like a "model unit", but the pictures are of the actual unit, very happy about that. So close to the ocean the spray gently makes its way onto the balcony! Beautiful well kept grounds and a great beach just a few paces away from the room! They had beach chairs, towels, a cooler and a boogie board in the room for us to use.
