The flats are modern and equipped with every comfort: lift, security door, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, hairdryer, satellite TV and wi-fi. The 2 units on the top floor have their own solarium, with direct access from the flat, equipped with outdoor furniture, shower and Jacuzzi. There is one reserved and covered parking space per flat.
