Enjoy the shared property spanning 12 hectares, enclosed and featuring a beautifully maintained garden with lawns and trees. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool (450 m2), open from May 1st to September 29th, with its unique unconventional shape. Children can have a splash in the dedicated children's pool, while adults can unwind in the hot tub. Engage in various outdoor activities like tennis, boccia, beach volleyball, and barbecues, or let the little ones revel in the children's playground.

Within the complex, you'll find a restaurant, bar, shared washing machines, and tumble dryers (extra charge). Bicycle rental is also available on-site. Linen is changed weekly, and towels are refreshed twice a week, with room cleaning services provided twice a week. Breakfast and half-board options are available at an additional cost. Central parking spaces are provided, and an e-charging station is available for electric vehicles. For your convenience, a supermarket is located 5 km away, and the railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" is 18 km from the resort.

Moving upstairs, you will discover a dining room with a kitchen corner and another exit leading to the terrace.
