Prestigious townhouse at 300mt from the beach in a green area, where there are supermarkets, various shops, snack bars, restaurants and pizzerias. In close proximity there is the Riviera Park with 20.000 sq m of greenery. Our lovely townhouse features free WI-FI, air conditioning, satellite television, a garage, fenced garden furnished with table, chairs and two sunbeds. Ground floor: living-dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a small balcony, a patio and a safe fenced garden. 1st floor: a master bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, balconies. 2nd floor: a big mansard with three single beds accessible by a spiral staircase windowed with skylight, portable air conditioner and a bathroom with shower. Basement: garage and washing machine.
