"The Swell was just what we needed! Clean, inviting, pet friendly, large outdoor kitchen with grills and sink, has a friendly campground/motel atmosphere. Plenty of supplies in the room to fix a full meal. Bed in D1 needs to be replaced. Linens clean and fresh. Bathroom could use a makeover but plenty of towels and hot water. We will definitely return! "

"Large kitchen, 2 refrigerators were great to have. Ice maker on 1st floor was great .movie room was great, needs new chairs tho. Pool could use a rail by the steps for safety for older people. Views were great. Blinds on side windows would be helpful as neighbors could see right into the house. But overall, we enjoyed the house. "

"It was an average stay. Location was good right at the beach with great views. Property upkeep was below average with some door latches broken, limited pan and pots, limited linens which demonstarted typical big company ownership and management, and a lack of personal touch. We had difficulty accessing the home right at 4pm checkin time. "
