This fully fenced Tuscan-inspired holiday home in sunny Ligar Bay is ideal for large families or multiple groups. With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath), it comfortably sleeps 9\. The upstairs master features a king bed, bedroom two has a queen, and bedroom three has a bunk bed. Downstairs, bedroom four offers another queen, and bedroom five has a single bed with a dedicated office space—perfect for remote work.  
  
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped for shared meals, and the spacious lounge includes a smart TV and fast, reliable Starlink internet. Step out onto the balconies to enjoy sea views, or unwind outdoors in the expansive garden with seating areas, a BBQ, an outdoor oven, and a small walking track.  
  
There’s plenty of room for fun with kayaks available, a playground in the garden, and seasonal fruit trees and veggie gardens for guests to enjoy. With parking for up to 5 cars and a pet-friendly policy, this home is set up for a truly memorable getaway.  
  
The Space:  
Step into a warm and welcoming Tuscan-style villa in the heart of Ligar Bay, just a short stroll from the beach. Surrounded by sea views and lush gardens, this spacious two-storey home is perfect for large families, multiple families travelling together, or a group of friends wanting to relax and reconnect in comfort.  
  
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third is perfect for children with its bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.  
  
Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed and a dedicated office space, making it easy to work remotely if needed. A second bathroom with a shower is also located downstairs for convenience.  
  
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, where cooking and sharing meals together feels easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and fast Starlink internet—perfect for streaming, working, or simply staying connected.  
  
Outside, the villa offers beautiful outdoor living.
