### Front lake apartment, beach and swimming pool

Delightful apartment located in a residential complex a few meters from the lake, equipped with an outdoor swimming pool reserved for the condominium, games room and sauna.   
Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, wonderful lake view terrace equipped with dining table, two chairs and two deck chairs. The whole apartment is equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning and heating.   
A few meters from the public beach equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, a play area for children and a kiosk / bar. A few kilometers from Varenna and from all the most renowned lakeside towns, which can also be reached by public boats.
