Just a few minutes away by car or on foot are two of the lake’s most beautiful beaches: Punta di Grumo and Riva Bianca , perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun. The nearby Lierna train station makes it easy to reach the house even without a car. For trekking and walking enthusiasts, the famous Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer’s Path) starts right behind the house — a panoramic trail along the lake that offers a great way to explore local villages, nature, and history. 🛏 Balbiani Apartment – Second Floor This apartment is located on the second and top floor , accessible via a stone staircase.
