There is an exit leading to a balcony from this room. Additionally, the apartment features 1 double bedroom, and 1 room with 1 bed and 1 folding bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 5 gas rings, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a bath/shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating and air-conditioning are available, with heating accessible only from October 15th to April 15th. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access (free of charge). The property also includes a garage that can accommodate 1 car.

The apartment offers a very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a private entrance.
