### Bois l’Eveque - 3 bedroom

If you rent this house, you will feel a bit like home.  
Housing  
Maison Bois l'Evêque was renovated in 2012. It has a large number of qualities. It is large, comfortable, bright and is ideally located in the very bohemian district of Laveu. Thanks to its modern but warm decoration, you will feel a bit like home. The house is divided over 3 levels and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The ground floor is beautifully decorated. We invite you to take a look at the photos to find out.  
Maison Bois l'Eveque also has the advantage of having a garage with an automatic door (which is practical and secure) and a terrace which is very pleasant for spending a moment of relaxation and on which you can take your meals if time permits.  
As soon as you arrive, a person from the agency will welcome you on site to give you the keys, show you around and go over the inventory and inventory with you. You will also have the opportunity to discuss with her good tips for discovering the fiery city.  
Neighborhood  
The House is located close to the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) but is far enough away not to hear the noise from Liège's nightlife. It is located in Laveu. A neighborhood that is both calm and bohemian in which you will find all the necessary shops: pharmacy, bakery, florist, hairdresser, supermarket, DIY, etc.  
Transportation  
By car: Maison Bois l'Evêque is a minute's drive from the motorway exit. The House is 10 minutes by car from the University of Sart-Tilman (Ulg).You can also go by bus to the University by taking it on Boulevard d'Avroy or in front of Guillemins station. These two bus stops are 5-10 minutes walk from the House.  
By train: The 3 main stations in Liège are Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert (the main one is Guillemins and is a 10-minute walk from the House).  
By bus: the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop is served by a large number of lines  
Energy  
The rent includes a flat rate of charges. The meters will be read at check-in and check-out and the difference will be retained from the deposit.  
Energy consumption :  
Gas consumption of €4/night and €1.67/night is included in the rent mentioned.  
If your consumption exceeds the package mentioned above, an adjustment will be applied.  
Meter verification at entry and exit is planned based on current energy market prices  
These will be adapted during the stay according to changes in the prices applied by energy suppliers.  
Energy costs are currently very high in Belgium.
