« I participated in the Ironman in the woodlands and my family was there to cheer me on. We had a quick great stay. It was as described and had what we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to the woodlands which was not bad at all. I would stay there again. Looks like the community has a nice pool but I believe it was not open for the season yet. »

« This was a cozy place with a beautiful backyard to sit and relax. The upstairs walkout deck is a great place to have dinner. The trees provide great shade against the Summer Sun. Just a short walk through the backyard to the park next door and a nice little Beach area for the children to play and view the sunset. The trees also provided plenty of choices for hanging a hammock. Just a short drive to the boat ramp which is calm and well protected. »

« We came into town for a pageant that was happening in Beaumont and decided to stay in Lumberton the house location was perfect is access back to highway , neighborhood was quite plenty of places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay here again »

« Our stay at the Cowan house was great, it was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our big family. We loved how centralized it was to everything and the quiet neighborhood was a plus. We look forward to staying here again next time we’re in Conroe! »

« The A/C did not work despite host response to a previous review stating that the A/C was fixed. The temperature inside the house was in the 80s during the day and at night the temperature did not get below 79. VRBO customer service and myself spent over 5 hours trying to contact the host upon check only to get a message asking me to “set the thermostat to a lower temperature.” As if I hadn’t already tried that.
