Liberta Vacation Packages

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed.

Excellent all around with a beautiful property, lovely staff and food. 😃

The property was extremely beautiful and most of the staff was very hospitable, However there are some laps in communication. For example the first mishap was I contacted the front desk and when the gentlemen picked up I asked if there was a gift shop and he stated yes and then I asked did they have any benadryl due to my Girlfriend having an allergic reaction and his reply was let me check and ill give you a call back. Noone ever called so I walked to the main lobby from our suite to get the medicine and I Informed the young lady that there was never a call back. When I returned I asked my partner did anyone call and she said no. The next morning I asked if we could check out a hour after normal check out which is 12pm and the same young ma. From the night before he said yes that should not be a problem. There was no explanation. Of it being a coverage charge to stay in the room for an extra hour. Give me the choice whether I wanna pay that or not dont just assume without clear communication.

We loved our stay at Coco’s. We were in Cabin 35 and it was amazing. The room was perfect, clean, and beautiful. The staff here is amazing…George, Kris, Lauryn, Maria, Amari, Kerry were some of our favorites, and the server who did our private beech dinner…her name started with a P, and I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was lovely and so fun to work with! The entertainment was great, especially Monday and Thursday nights. Excursions were planned meticulously by Lauryn, and Kris recommended his favorites, which was so helpful (stingrays and turtle snorkeling—so worth it)! We have missed this place and our new friends every day since we left and we will definitely return.

Spacious room. Necessities available for cooking. Didn't have Kleenex! More towels would have been nice.
