"What a nightmare! I booked a condo-hotel last minute for a group of 8 and paid a good amount of money for it, only to be charged again for a separate entrance fee which was quite a lot! The unit did not have any towels, not even soap and shampoo! The internet provided was the prepaid-type and it sucked! The elevator was broken. The place needs work and there is a fee for any amenity that you want to use. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!"

"Our family loved the food (especially the buffet breakfast), the spectacular view of the Taal Lake, spacious and clean rooms and specially the friendly and helpful staff! We didn’t like that we only stayed for 2 nights. Will definitely recommend it to our friends abroad and will stay longer when we visit Philippines again."
