Located in Lezzeno, just 7 km from Bellagio, the property enjoys a panoramic view stretching from Argegno to Varenna. A private garage is available 150 meters from the house, while public parking can be found only a few steps away. Conveniently, a nearby stairway leads to the closest bus stop and the village supermarkets in just a few minutes. Set on the second floor of a house immersed in nature, in the quaint hamlet of Calvasino, the apartment combines modern renovation with traditional charm. Spread across a single level, it provides all the comforts needed for a memorable stay on Lake Como. The independent entrance and self check-in option ensure privacy and flexibility. The heart of the apartment is its wide open-plan living area, featuring two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, table, and chairs.
